Pawfile exists to take the admin out of pet care. We believe pet owners should spend less time chasing paperwork, dates and phone reminders — and more time being present with the animals who depend on them. Our mission is to give every pet a calm, secure, portable health record that stays useful for life.

How Pawfile came about
I'm Jayden Oliver, an 18-year-old founder from Penrith in Cumbria. After studying Business at Level 3, I started out as an accountant — but I always had an itch to build things for myself.
That itch led me through a few different worlds: building websites, running a social media marketing agency, experimenting with drop shipping, and even promoting music. Each project taught me something different — how to sell, how to design, how to ship fast, and how to spot a real problem.
The problem that stuck was pet admin. Pets are like family members who can't keep their own paperwork: they rely on us to remember every jab, every tablet, every insurance renewal and every vet visit. When I looked at how most owners manage that today — notes apps, photo rolls, fridge calendars and stressed phone calls — it felt like something better could exist.
So I stopped chasing the next side hustle and committed to one niche: making the health passport for pet owners that I would want to use myself. Pawfile is the result.
