Can I really start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one pet profile, basic reminders and the health timeline. You only pay when you want unlimited pets, documents, AI features or sharing.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your account on the Free plan. Any extra pets or documents will be locked until you re-subscribe, but your data stays safe.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Paddle. You can pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Prices are in GBP.
Is the refund really 30 days?
Yes. New paid subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days. Email us via your Paddle receipt or our refund page.
